|06:18 pm - [Counseling!]|
[Somehow, your character has found themselves in Hospital Room #123, where an older woman in a nurse's outfit does her work]
Ah, I see you've found me. Congratulations. I am the Camp's Neurosurgeon, Takano Miyo. I believe I am to be your counselor.
May I hear your introduction?
[OOC: Assume all threads are private and cannot be overheard please. |D]
... This is out of season.
I suppose it would be if I had plans to venture outside at the moment.
[Gives dry look.]
Well, it's better to make the most of such things, isn't it?
Would you prefer not to introduce yourself?
Let us just get this over with quickly. I am Lelouch vi Britannia.
A very interesting name. Would you prefer I called you by your given name, or your family name?
My given name is fine for these circumstances.
And how shall I address you?
In this setting you may call me whatever you're comfortable with, though I would prefer 'Takano-sensei' or 'Miyo'.
Lelouch, I want to be clear that anything you say here is strictly confidential. Should we meet outside, I won't even acknowledge we've met before.

That said, that Takano-sensei has developed a system is more than I can say for most of the so-called counselors I have dealt with during these events.
I am also a doctor outside of camp; establishing confidentiality is essential for this work.
So you said. I neurosurgeon, was it? I do not see why camp has such a necessity.
[ufufu] I do treat the occasional head trauma, but you are right. There is little chance to practice the art of brain surgery.
Have you treated any here?
Indeed. I cannot name names, of course.
I suppose I should not be surprised that others have managed such injuries.
Camp is dangerous enough.
Is anything troubling you, now that you're at camp?
Some of those from my world returned home recently. There is the usual sense of displacement that brings, a reminder that none of us knows how much longer we shall remain here.
It is a sobering thought amid the season, more or less.
Could you say who has been the biggest influence on you growing up?
Your mother, father, maybe a sibling?
Anyone who was at camp but left recently?
Hardly. I chose my inspiration from history.
Texts. Notable figures, leaders. People who have left some form of mark on their world. The usual.
